Who Will Be Cleaning My Home?
All new clients receive a quality 1Eco Clean Service Professional to clean your home. All Home Service Professionals are neatly attired, insured and rigorously screened. Our Cleaning Professionals respect client’s properties. To give you peace of mind, It will be the same person servicing your property each time.
How will our relationship work?
We understand the trust and faith you have in us as we visit your home/office. This is why 1Eco Clean will not ask you to sign a term contract. We promote open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate you advising how we can serve you better. We know this works as we still have clients with us from our first year of operation in 2009.
What time will 1Eco Clean be at my home?
Our staff predominantly work school hours during the week. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
What If I Am Not Happy?
We encourage all your feedback; both positive and not. If this happens, it is almost always at the commencement of the service. With open communication it is something we can normally solve immediately. This allows for a continuity of service and will put your mind at ease.
What Must I Do Prior To Each Service?
To ensure the time in your home is spent efficiently, we ask that you tidy any household items from the floor to allow easy access when vacuuming and mopping.
What If Something Is Damaged During The Cleaning?
Please rest assured we treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, 1Eco Clean will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. Although never required to date, If deemed appropriate, an insurance claim will be made.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. All we need from you is property access & a powerpoint for the vacuum cleaner.
Do I Need To Be Home When 1Eco Clean Comes?
We aim to cause minimal interruption to your day. As a result, most clients are not home when we clean. Some work from home. Some have preschool aged children. Some work shifts. We can accommodate everyone. To ensure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. Should you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled service, a lockout fee equivalent to the value of the service will be charged.
What about Holidays Or Changing A Scheduled Cleaning Visit?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a public holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate 72-hours notice. When shorter notice is given, you may be charged the cleaning fee if the Cleaning Professional cannot be reassigned.
If you are planning a holiday, please advise when you plan it so we can factor it into our busy scheduling. Sooner is preferred over later.
I Am NDIS Registered. How Do I Get Started?
If you are a participant of the NDIS we can assist you if you have approval for household duties. Just call us and we can get the ball rolling if you are self-managed, use a coordinator or work directly with the NDIS. For more info regarding NDIS assistance, click here.
What If My Family Is Ill?
We understand that we all get sick from time to time. On the rare occasion, you may find your home with a houseful of ill family members, let us know and we will do our best to organise a more suitable time so you can all get back to firing on all cylinders.
How Do I Pay For The Service?
Payments are made electronically using a recurring direct debit. All services attract GST. This amount is 10% and will be added to all service fees. Sales receipts (paid tax invoices) are emailed in PDF form at the beginning of the following month.
